As an Apptio Target Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing holistic data integration solutions that meet the company's evolving needs. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Create and implement holistic data integration solutions, including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, loading, testing, and quality assurance. SaaS Web Application Integrations: Realize SaaS web application mashups and integrations from conception and design to testing and implementation, as well as ongoing support. API and Webhook Management: Work with REST APIs and Webhooks, Javascript and JSON, XML, and HTML/CSS to ensure seamless data exchange and integration. Agile Development: Participate in Agile development practices, including Scrum and/or Kanban, and manage work in an Enterprise Agile Planning tool. Workflow Optimization: Optimize and automate workflows and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams and demonstrate strong self-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations, applications, and systems to ensure high performance and reliability. Essential Qualifications Target Process Experience: Must have experience working with Target Process, ApptioOne, and Apptio products. Technical Skills: Proficiency with REST APIs and Webhooks, Javascript and JSON, XML, and HTML/CSS. Agile Development: Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and/or Kanban. Data Integration: Strong understanding of data integration concepts, including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and loading. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Apptio Products: Prior experience working with Apptio products, including ApptioOne, Targetprocess, and Cloudability. SaaS Application Administration: Experience with SaaS application administration and configuration, particularly with agile tools such as Targetprocess, Jira/Jira Align, Rally, or Digital.ai (VersionOne). Cloud and FinOps: Familiarity with Cloud and FinOps practices. Microsoft Power Platform: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, Power Query M, and DAX. Advanced Microsoft Excel: Advanced or expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivots, functions, importing and manipulating data.
