Appointment Setting Team Leader | Remote
We're looking for a hands-on team leader who has experience running remote setter teams, is confident working across CRM platforms, and knows how to keep things moving ā someone who can run with things independently.
You're someone who genuinely enjoys leading people, solving day-to-day challenges, and making sure the team has everything they need to perform at their best.
What You'll Own
ā¢ Leading and supporting a remote setter team across multiple time zones
ā¢ Overseeing appointment setting process and coaching team members
ā¢ Handling operational hiccups ā dialers, lead flow, platform issues ā and resolving them quickly
ā¢ Keeping CRM records, call logs, and team performance data accurate and up to date
ā¢ Collaborating with the sales team to continuously improve process and output
What We're Looking For
ā¢ Experience leading or supervising a remote setter team
ā¢ CRM experience is a must ā Go High Level (GHL) knowledge is a big plus
ā¢ Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
ā¢ Team player and an excellent motivator
ā¢ Ability to coordinate issues across internal and external teams.
