ā¢ Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
ā¢ Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
ā¢ Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
ā¢ Commit to skill development through education and script practice
ā¢ Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Exceptional telephone skills
ā¢ Sales experience, overcoming objections, using psycological principles to empathize and enhance a leads view of the "pay-off" or "future promise"
ā¢ Excellent time management and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to learn and internalize scripts
