Appointment Setter / SDR

We are a B2B SaaS service for IT and Marketing agencies operating in Europe and the USA. Current pool of 500+ clients from all over the world. Own IT development, unique product with the use of artificial intelligence, for automation of lead generation for agencies. Communication with clients is entirely in English. Stable marketing that gives more than 100 "warmed up" leads every month. The SDR's job is to qualify "incoming clients" and find potential clients to pass them on to sales managers. What we offer: • Work under an official contract in a company registered in the USA. • Salary from 800 - 1,500$ (fixed salary + bonuses for scheduled meetings with applications received from our sites). • Opportunity to advance to SDR Team Leader or Account Executive / B2B Sales. How the sales department is structured: • Marketing: leads/requests are received on our websites and social networks, after which they leave requests and get into the CRM (HubSpot) • Appointment Setter / SDR ( first-line managers) : process incoming leads/applications (MQL) and qualify them for budget and need for our product (SQL). If the lead is suitable for us, the first-line manager schedules a video meeting with the sales manager. • Account Executive (Sales Manager): receives a qualified lead (SQL) with demonstrated interest in our product and budget, in CRM (HubSpot), with whom the Appointment Setter/SDR has already booked a meeting (demo call) for him. Appointment Setter / SDR ( first line managers) task: • Establish contact with the lead via email correspondence in HubSpot and on Linkedin, conducting a basic analysis of the lead's company and selecting relevant "cases" for him among our clients. • Schedule a meeting for the client with the Account Executive. • Enter customer data into HubSpot CRM. • If the client does not show up for the meeting, contact him and reschedule the meeting for a convenient time. What we expect from you: • Experience of at least 1 year in the role of SDR / Appointment Setter (first-line managers), with clients in the B2B sphere, ideally in the SaaS, IT, CRM, Automation, EdTach industry. • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM: 1 year of practical experience. • Knowledge of English at level C2+. Knowledge of Russian at least B1. • The last year of sales experience has been exclusively in English.
