Appointment Setter - Remote

The Shawnee Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and quality housing options to low-income families and individuals in the Shawnee community.As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our organization by scheduling appointments for our housing counselors with our clients. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for contacting clients via phone and email, and maintaining an efficient and organized schedule for our housing counselors.
