We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team specializing in Merchant Services. Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in merchant services solutions
• Engage with business owners and decision-makers via telemarketing to identify their needs and present tailored service options
• Qualify leads through effective questioning, ensuring appointments are scheduled with high-potential prospects
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and conversion of scheduled appointments into active clients
• Utilize marketing materials and scripts to communicate the value of merchant services clearly and confidently
• Develop and implement strategies for business development through outbound calling, email outreach, and other communication channels

Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or financial services sectors
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections professionally and persuasively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent customer relationship management tools
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques
• Knowledge of sales processes related to technology sales or merchant services is a plus
• Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards business development and lead generation
