About the Role: We are looking for a driven, confident, and fully bilingual Appointment Setter with a strong American accent to join our growing sales team at Deal Flow . You will be the first point of contact for potential clients—initiating conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role that blends communication skills with grit. We are looking for mature, self-motivated professionals who bring a positive attitude to the team environment. What You'll Do: Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Engage and qualify leads in both English and Spanish . Set high-quality appointments for Account Executives. Track all activity in our CRM. Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (calls, bookings, show rate). Requirements: Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required). Strong American accent with excellent spoken English. 1+ year in sales or appointment setting (preferably in SaaS or tech). High Level of Maturity: We are looking for "good people" who are coachable and do not require "babysitting". Positive Attitude: A strict requirement for a non-toxic, supportive mindset—no "negative attitudes" or "cancers to the environment". Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
