What You’ll Be Doing:
• Cold calling, emailing, and DMing leads daily (75+ calls / 150+ messages and emails per day)
• Booking qualified appointments for our closers
• Following a proven sales script while adapting with skill and instinct
• Logging activities, tracking prospects, and updating pipelines daily
• Hitting weekly KPIs — or explaining why you didn’t
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Must reside in California
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, hungry, and not afraid to get uncomfortable
• Comfortable with commission-only performance structure
Compensation:
• Commission-Only – earn 10% of the initial payment on every closed deal you set
• (Example: You set a $5,000 client → you earn $500)
• High-performing setters realistically make $3,000–$7,000/month
• No cap, no fluff — you control your outcome
