Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Scheduler/Business Coordinator. The individual will manage scheduling appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain consistent communication with clients and partners. Additionally, they will support sales efforts by coordinating client needs, ensuring a seamless experience, and handling any operational tasks related to scheduling or business coordination.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized schedules
• Strong Customer Service skills with professional Phone Etiquette
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional setting
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software is a plus
