As a Supply Chain Manager at Scalesforth, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across all stages of the supply chain. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans. Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer needs. In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
