Experience
• Active Property and Casualty License (required)
• Allstate, State Farm or Farmers sales experience (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)

Responsibilities
• High level of activity including phone calls, texts and emails
• Complete new business onboarding
• Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments
• Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referral generation, and utilizing various lead sources provided
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities

Schedule
• Monday - Friday
• 40-hour workweek

Total compensation which includes base pay plus bonuses can range from $65,000-$110,000
