As a member of Apple's discovery team, you will personally be formulating and driving discovery strategy, both from a legal risk perspective and an operational one. You'll be working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a operational-focused approach. Travel is possible. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.

? 8 years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery management in litigations and investigations.
? JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

? At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,700 and $299,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
