RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the successful implementation of large-scale, enterprise Salesforce projects through effective scope, timeline, and budget management
• Understand the full end-to-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy, and user experience design through development and release, working closely with a project with the project team to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
• Oversee a select set of project and program portfolios, ensuring alignment with EPAM’s delivery methodology
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for all assigned initiatives
• Allocate, assign, and optimize onshore and offshore resources across programs and projects and effectively work across multiple time zones
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues and present solutions and options to key stakeholders
• Drive steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues
• Use a variety of delivery management tools to manage sprint progress, reviews, retrospectives, resource capacity, and level of effort
• Lead, mentor, and manage implementation teams across various locations and workstreams
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture while facilitating communication and resolving conflict
• Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and groups for both the client and EPAM

REQUIREMENTS
• Hands-on experience working in an external client consulting background for at least 4 years
• Proficiency in project management and delivery of agile, waterfall, or predictive agile software development methodology, preferably with Salesforce for 3 or more years
• Scrum Master certification is highly preferred
• Proven experience in strategic large enterprise Salesforce implementations, for at least 3 years
• Effective management of C-level client stakeholders as well as client escalations
• Ability to creatively problem-solve while assessing risks and issues
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication (written and oral), presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with collaborating with offshore teams
• Expert in estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on location and assigned teams
