Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance and support where necessary.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to ensure team development.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze sales trends, customer needs, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Assist in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
Administrative Support:
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring 4-5 hours per day, with flexibility for evenings or weekends based on business needs.
