You will assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
4. Strong problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Previous customer service experience is a plus
7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat
2. Assist customers with booking flights and making changes to existing reservations
3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers
4. Upsell additional services and products to customers
5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
6. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics
7. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures
