In this role, you will engage with individuals reaching out for assistance via live chat, providing them with immediate support, information, and resources to aid in their recovery. Your empathetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a safe and supportive online environment for those in need. As a Remote-Live Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel heard and valued while helping them navigate challenging situations. Responsibilities
Provide timely and empathetic support to clients via live chat
Assess client needs and guide them to appropriate resources and services

Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
Adhere to organizational policies and confidentiality standards
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred

Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations
Proficient in using computer systems and live chat software
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Flexible schedule, with availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
