5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operational software.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

 *Educational Qualifications:**
A BachelorÂs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in operations management or leadership are highly preferred.
 *Experience:**
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within a large, complex organization. Experience in the entertainment industry or related fields is a plus.
