· Proficiency in computer software and technology
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
· Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

· Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
· Certification in customer service or a related field
