Role Overview: As the CTO & Founding Member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Neuropool’s technology strategy and product roadmap. You’ll lead the development of our platform, which connects neurodivergent talent with employers through university and government programmes. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s passionate about tech for good and driving social impact, specifically within the neurodiversity and autism space.and ensuring the platform evolves to meet the needs of users as we scale globally. Key Responsibilities: • Full stack Engineer • Develop and implement platform architecture using LLMs • Drive end-to-end product development, focusing on ed-tech and recruitment innovation. • Build and manage a high-performing tech team. • Ensure platform security, scalability, and compliance. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise platform functionality. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading the development of scalable platforms in ed-tech, recruitment, or similar sectors. • Expertise in LLMs, AI, and data-driven product development. • Strong background in software development, IT strategy, and architecture. • Passion for creating tech solutions with measurable social impact. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
