As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fundraising efforts run smoothly by processing donations, managing our donor database, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing donors. Key Responsibilities:
 Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries.
 Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation for all donors.

 Assist with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution.
 Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed.
 Support the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines.
 Stay up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends.
 Take initiative by incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
 A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting charitable causes (experience is a plus but not required).
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
