You will be directly responsible for tasks which lead to a 50% improvement to our platform-wide retention. You will also be free to come up with other creative ways that we can monetize.Who we are looking for- Someone with an established track-record of delivering results which matter to the company- Someone who has a deep understanding of the ML development cycle, focusing on iteration speed and identifying bottlenecks- Someone who is goal oriented and driven.
