About the Role:ListEngage is seeking an experienced Applied AI Architect to help enterprise customers shape their data and AI strategy across Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable leading executive conversations, facilitating workshops, and translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps for D360, Agentforce, and related integration and event-driven architectures.This role will lead customer-facing strategy engagements designed to help organizations move from broad ideas and disconnected requests into prioritized use cases, practical recommendations, and phased plans for adoption. The Applied AI Architect will bring a blend of business consulting, Salesforce knowledge, architecture awareness, and strong communication skills to help customers define a practical path forward.Duties & Responsibilities:Lead strategic advisory engagements focused on Salesforce D360, Agentforce, and AI-enabled customer experience transformationFacilitate customer discovery sessions with business, product, marketing, commerce, service, data, and IT stakeholdersRun agile advisory sprints to drive alignment, prioritization, and iterative decision-makingDeliver formal customer workshopsHelp customers identify, refine, and prioritize high-value use cases based on business impact, feasibility, dependencies, speed to value, and cost considerationsAdvise customers on the role of D360 within their broader customer data, activation, and AI strategyAssess how Agentforce may support the customer’s broader AI operating model and business goalsEvaluate options for ingesting, connecting, and consuming data in a cost-conscious and scalable wayProvide guidance on real-time, near real-time, and event-driven patterns that support agent and AI use casesReview how Salesforce and external platforms, including commerce and CRM data sources, may support customer use casesTranslate discovery findings into strategic recommendations, prioritized backlogs, executive readouts, and phased roadmapsPartner with Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and Account teams to shape follow-on implementation opportunitiesSupport proposal development, solution framing, and customer presentations related to D360 and Agentforce advisory servicesStay current on Salesforce product evolution across D360, Agentforce, AI, integrations, and related ecosystem capabilitiesEducation & Experience Requirements:5+ years of client-facing consulting, solution architecture, or strategic advisory experience in Salesforce, enterprise technology, digital transformation, data strategy, or AI advisoryExperience working with Salesforce products such as D360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or related platformsExperience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, roadmap conversations, and executive presentationsStrong understanding of business process analysis, use case development, and strategic prioritizationFamiliarity with data integration concepts, APIs, event-driven architecture, and enterprise data consumption patternsExperience translating ambiguous business requests into structured recommendations and phased plansAbility to work across technical and non-technical stakeholder groupsStrong written communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent consultative, analytical, presentation, and communication skillsStrong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with customer stakeholdersAbility to explain technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly wayStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across engagementsComfort operating in ambiguity and helping customers define direction where one does not yet existStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional internal and external teamsAbility to identify risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps while maintaining forward momentumSelf-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownershipPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Salesforce D360 and/or AgentforceFamiliarity with Agentforce, AI advisory, prompt-driven experiences, or agentic architecture conceptsExperience with customer data strategy, identity, activation, segmentation, or real-time event use casesExperience in commerce, marketing, customer service, or digital experience transformationSalesforce certifications in D360, AI, or core Salesforce productsExperience supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, or strategic account growth initiativesWhat Success Looks Like:Customers gain clarity on where D360 and Agentforce can provide valueBusiness and IT stakeholders align around practical priorities and next stepsUse cases are documented, prioritized, and tied to business outcomesWorkshops lead to actionable recommendations, not just ideationCustomers leave with a phased roadmap and stronger confidence in how to approach implementationWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities for professional development and career growthA collaborative and inclusive work environmentWhy You Should Join Us: 100% CEO approval on GlassdoorSmall but mighty team of ~150 Engagers Values that drive us: Be Great at What You Do, Be Growth Oriented, Be a Team Player, Own ItCurrently 100% remote work arrangements If you’re interested, so are we!
