As part of the Enterprise Data & AI team, you’ll design and automate the systems that keep HackerOne running smoothly - freeing people to focus on strategy, creativity, and impact.In this role, you’ll partner across the business to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that power collaboration, streamline operations, and strengthen resilience. From integrating cutting-edge tools to shaping incident response, you’ll be at the heart of building an AI-first enterprise.Reporting to our Head of Data and located remotely in Seattle or D.C., this role offers the chance to help propel HackerOne forward as we scale with data and AI at our core.At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. You’ll contribute to our incident response playbook, documenting clear and simple processes for handling various types of incidents and alerts.Support change management and enablement across the company, ensuring that new systems and improvements are successfully adopted and continuously improved.Support the rebuild of company-wide access controls, ensuring security, governance, and compliance are core to every system and integrationRebuild and optimize both internal and external ticketing systems to streamline workflows, enhance customer and employee experiences, and enable seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in an engineering or systems role with a strong customer service mindsetHands-on experience designing, building, configuring, integrating, and maintaining AI First Enterprise Systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Ironclad, Box, Monday, Freshworks, GCP, AWS, and moreExperience working with SSO protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC, SCIM), enterprise identity tools (e.g., Okta), and MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji) in a fast-paced environmentExperience developing integrations and automations using tools like WorkatoStrong attention to detail, and ability to document actions and processesPassion for working backwards from the Customer and empathy for business stakeholdersDemonstrate strong security understanding, ensuring systems and integrations are designed and maintained with security at the coreProven track record of having impact across the company, demonstrating your ability to help drive positive change, and achieve significant resultsThrive on solving ambiguous problem statements in a high growth environmentExcellent communication skills, and can present data-driven narratives in verbal, presentation, and written formatsPreferred Qualifications Experience with Mac and Windows operating systemsExperience working with Agile and iterative development processesUnderstanding of network architectureITIL 4 FoundationCompensation Bands:Tier GuideTier B: $135,000 - $162,000#LI-KL1Job Benefits:Health (medical, vision, dental), life, and disability insurance*Equity stock optionsRetirement plansPaid public holidays and unlimited PTOPaid maternity and parental leaveLeaves of absence (including caregiver leave and leave under CO's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act)Employee Assistance ProgramFlexible Work Stipend*Eligibility may differ by countryWe're committed to building a global team!
