Applications Engineer

They are seeking an Applications Engineer to provide tier two support for their products and technologies, interfacing with customers to ensure satisfaction and assisting the sales team with technical advice. Responsibilities Maintain in-depth knowledge of Extron products and technologies Identify solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection and system design for audio visual system applications Assist customers by providing technical information and support for Extron products and technologies Skills BSEE / BSCE Degree or similar degree. New graduates welcome! Ability to communicate concise and comprehensible presentations to small and large groups Expertise on MS Suites including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment Some travel may be required Company Overview Extron – The AV Technology Leader.
