Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and guidance to customers using advanced test and measurement equipment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical needs. • Communicate product capabilities and troubleshooting steps effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations. • Continuously improve support processes and contribute to knowledge base documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Typically 5+ years of experience working with benchtop test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs), digital multimeters (DMMs), function generators, power supplies, data acquisition systems, source measure units (SMUs), LCR meters, and frequency counters Preferred experience in programming, especially with languages such as Python or C# Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts Proven ability to multitask, managing support for multiple customers simultaneously Experience in sales and/or customer service, with a demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and foster loyalty Willingness to work U.S. business hours to support customers in the Americas region (night shift in India) Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
