Job Summary As an Application Development Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in our Concentrix Catalyst team, providing technical leadership and expertise in application development. You will work closely with top management, business units, and IT teams to design, develop, and implement complex systems and solutions that drive business outcomes. Your experience and skills will help us modernize and simplify customer experiences, and you'll be recognized as a go-to person for the most complex application development assignments. Key Responsibilities Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant application development matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Acts as the principal designer for complex major systems and their subsystems, utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments, and technologies. Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code, or integration of purchased solutions. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solution. May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code, or integrate purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements, and provides ongoing support for the applications. Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in application development, with a strong background in PEGA, Java, and application programming. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to design, develop, and implement complex systems and solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with top management, business units, and IT teams. A proven track record of providing technical leadership and expertise in application development. Ability to work in a remote environment, with flexibility to collaborate with global teams. Preferred Qualifications We'd love to see: Experience with cloud-based technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business outcomes.
