Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for clients.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize your fluency in Japanese to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and proactively suggest improvements and updates to our development processes.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to company standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, and work with the team to implement effective solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines.
Provide support and technical guidance to other team members as needed.
Continuously improve coding and development skills through self-learning and training opportunities.
