Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with teams to detail and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions.
ā¢ Design custom and out-of-the-box solutions to meet business needs.
ā¢ Provide daily support and training for Microsoft 365.
ā¢ Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for Microsoft 365.
ā¢ Support SharePoint migration efforts to M365.
ā¢ Build and maintain effective work relationships within the team and company.
ā¢ Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.
Skills
ā¢ Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
ā¢ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in task management.
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 offerings like Teams and Exchange.
ā¢ Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
ā¢ Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
ā¢ Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent tools.
ā¢ Understanding of third-party solutions integrating with SharePoint.
