We have offices in multiple cities across the US, UK, India, and Singapore, and a substantial remote global workforce.If you are passionate about working on business problems that can be solved using structured and unstructured data on a large scale, Tiger Analytics would like to talk to you.We are seeking experienced and hands-on software architects with a builders mindset, to lead the modernization, design and build of applications ranging from consumer facing digital applications with real time, high volume, low latency and embedded intelligence, to intelligent operations applications supporting critical decision making and operations used by a range of personas for AI first re-imagined processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead modernization initiatives, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native, scalable architecturesDesign and architect API-first ecosystems, including RESTful and event-driven APIsBuild and optimize event-driven architectures using messaging and streaming platformsDefine and implement API gateways for routing, security, throttling, and monitoringArchitect high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems with strong resiliencyDesign end-to-end full-stack solutions across frontend, backend services, APIs, and data layersEnsure strong security architecture, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and zero-trust principlesDrive deployments across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem/hybrid environmentsEnsure responsive, intuitive user experiences compatible with desktop and mobile platformsEstablish architecture standards, scalability patterns, and performance benchmarkRequirements12+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and modernizationStrong hands-on full-stack experience across modern frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and databasesProven experience building high-volume, transaction-heavy systems with strict latency requirementsDeep expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, API management, and gateway designStrong experience with microservices architectures - react/angular, spring boot/nodejs/fastapi, nosql dbs, postgres, REST/graphql, Kafka, kubernetes, Okta, elastic, grafana, prometheus and similar tech.Experience with SRE techniques, such as chaos engineering, performance engineering, toil reduction, reliability engineering etcExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of distributed systems, caching strategies, and resiliency patternsSolid experience in security architecture and complianceFamiliarity with real-time streaming technologiesStrong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skillsBenefitsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
