Appliance Field Sales Representative (Hybrid Role)
Mosaic North America is a leading global appliance brand seeking a passionate and driven Appliance Field Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines field sales activities with in-store training and support for clients and retailers, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting brand awareness.ResponsibilitiesExecute a hybrid field role , balancing on-the-road sales activities with in-field training, coaching, and client/store supportManage day-to-day client liaison at a retail levelFoster strong relationships with retailersProvide coaching to Sales RepresentativesTrain retailer staffConduct pre-scheduled weekly training sessionsProvide weekly sales assists at retail locationsGather market analysis and report market trends on product perceptionPlan and facilitate training and product launch meetingsEnsure stock levels meet product demand and report accordinglySupport marketing initiatives through direct contact with sales pointsResolve issues affecting brand integrity and presenceProvide feedback to the Regional Field Manager and clientSupport go-to-market planning and promotional field activitiesSet up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive programsProvide strategic input to leverage the client brandExecute merchandising standardsFacilitate training at trade shows and events as requiredSkillsFluent in English, written and verbalExcellent communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new technologiesExperience using various software programs and toolsPost-secondary degree or diploma in a related fieldSales experience in home appliances is an assetExperience within the Home Appliance sectorDirect appliance industry experience (Retail or Manufacturer) – asset, not mandatoryConsumer electronics experience (Retail or Manufacturer)Previous formal training or instructional experienceDurable goods or high-value retail sales experienceOutbound sales representative experienceField Sales Representative experienceProven success training and motivating sales teamsAvailable to travel within the market as part of a hybrid field-based role (must love being on the road)Recent college or university graduate considered an assetCompany OverviewMosaic is a experiential, retail, shopper and content marketing.
