Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
