- Provide top-tier customer support to online shoppers and Apple users through various channels (phone, chat, email, etc.)
- Resolve customer inquiries related to Apple products, services, and online orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot product issues, offer technical guidance, and manage service requests

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
