Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (with potential for occasional weekend shifts)

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support through phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple products.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
• Document and track customer interactions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Apple products and services.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
