• Support security audits and ensure devices meet CIS benchmarks and industry compliance standards (ISO27001, NIST, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integration with Windows AD, Exchange/O365, VPN, and cloud services.

• Provide documentation and training for end-users on secure Apple usage.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years hands-on experience supporting Apple devices in a corporate or MSP setting.

• Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and the Apple ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of endpoint security for Apple devices.

• Experience with MDM, Apple Business Manager, and secure deployment frameworks.

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity tools such as antivirus, vulnerability scanning, disk encryption, and network firewalls.
