APIGEE Developer
Position: APIGEE Developer
Location : Remote (USA)
Experience: 5-8 Years
Visa: GC Holders or US Citizens Only
Contract: W2 Only (No C2C / 1099)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and manage API proxies using Apigee X
• Integrate APIs with backend systems across RESTful and SOAP services, as well as other platforms
• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API efficiency
• Provide clear documentation and ongoing technical support for APIs
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure API solutions align with business requirements and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of development experience building APIs using APIGEE
• Strong hands-on experience and understanding of Apigee X
• Proficient in RESTful API design, API modeling, and API documentation
• Experience implementing security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and other authentication/authorization methods
• Strong Java programming skills
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk and Postman
• Solid experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
• Proven track record of working in Agile or Scrum teams

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
