We are now recruiting for our clients all across the country.So that is where you come in. We have a remote AP/AR Specialist role available, and we need your help. Account Receivables and calling clients on outstanding AR
Account Payables processing
General Bookkeeping
Data Entry
Candidate Processing
Client Processing
Calculating and Processing Commissions
Interacting with the recruiting and business development team

Strong full-cycle AP/AR experience – Experience working in QuickBooks
Strong collection experience through email and telephone
Administrative work experience with heavy data entry
Strong Bookkeeping experience
Professional attitude
Strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills
Strong Multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Solid Computer - Chromebooks are not compatible?
Strong internet connection - preferably wired with at least 50 Mbps
Multiple Monitors - you'll need at least two monitors
A good headset (a USB, double-ear headset with noise-canceling microphone is worth every penny you spend on it. Bluetooth headsets are not ideal)
Designated quiet workspace – Starbucks won’t work
