About the Role
ā¢ Implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
ā¢ Provide remote parent training and supervision.
ā¢ Have a minimum of 10 hours of availability across 3 or more days per week.
ā¢ Provide remote direct therapy to clients.
ā¢ Conduct remote assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, Preference Assessments).
ā¢ Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments and risk assessments.
ā¢ Follow BACB ethical guidelines in all practices.
ā¢ Review client records for quality assurance.
ā¢ Assess, analyze, and train parents on issues or concerns.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with colleagues, providers, and supervisors.
