Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Schedule: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening Shifts Location: Remote
Job Description
We are a 24/7 remote answering service supporting a variety of businesses. Our operators handle inbound calls and follow specific instructions for each account to ensure accurate and professional message handling.
We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals for morning and afternoon/evening shifts.
Schedule
ā¢ Morning shifts start times range from 5:30 AM - 7:45 AM PST
ā¢ Evening shifts may run as late as 11:00 PM PST
ā¢ Some weekend and holiday hours are required
ā¢ Must be reliable and consistent with scheduled hours
Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer inbound calls for multiple client accounts
ā¢ Follow detailed instructions for each account
ā¢ Use critical thinking to determine how to handle messages i.e. hold as non-urgent or dispatch urgently
ā¢ Take accurate messages
Requirements
ā¢ Moderate typing speed and basic computer skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and stay organized
ā¢ Team-oriented with a positive attitude
ā¢ Dependable attendance and reliability are required
ā¢ Comfortable learning new systems
ā¢ Prior computer experience preferred
ā¢ Maintain a professional and friendly tone of voice even during periods of high call volume
Work Environment
ā¢ Must have a quiet, distraction free, private workspace
ā¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality, as calls may include sensitive information
ā¢ Must be able to stay focused and attentive during busy periods
Technical Requirements
ā¢ Reliable wired high-speed internet
ā¢ Personal computer or laptop capable of running required programs
ā¢ Noise cancelling headset
