Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
Take accurate phone messages during customer interactions, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure
Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Weekly Direct Deposit
Pay Rate at Hire: $15.00/hr
4 Month Anniversary: $16.00/hr
8 Month Anniversary: $16.50/hr
1 Year Anniversary: $17.00/hr
