The Third Floor is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic ANIMATION LINE PRODUCER to join our growing production team in Los Angeles. The role will involve oversight of projects through pre-production, production, and final delivery. Applicants must have significant experience producing CGI animated series, remain meticulously detailed while handling multiple responsibilities within a constantly changing environment through tight deadlines and lead groups with diverse personalities. This role is the source of truth for internal finance, recruiting and production documentation. The Animation Line Producer is a demanding, fast-paced position that requires a positive thinker that thrives on the thrill of a challenge! Responsibilities: • Maintain the production calendar, directly monitor and troubleshoot the day-to-day workload of the production team • Lead client management, oversee production milestones with clear creative briefs and communication • Navigate competing deadlines into the schedule and deliver champion solutions to meet all deadlines • Serve as the main point of contact between the production team and network clients • Understand all departments and work closely with managers and supervisors to problem solve and maintain all department schedules • Lead all production meetings including kick-off meetings, design reviews, and storyboard reviews • Oversee legal tracking and clearance for all scripts/dialogue and designs, including both internal and client/network notes • Review at all phases of production: confirm all network, legal, standards, and executive producer notes have been addressed Essential Skills: • High level of professionalism and diplomacy • Adhere to security, privacy and Non-Disclosure protocols • Experience in producing 2D/3D animation and CGI series • Basic understanding of project management software • Comfortable adapting to new technology and use of Game Engine • Adaptable and comfortable in working with audio, music and visual post departments How to Apply Please provide your resume AND a cover letter.
