The Analytics Strategist role focuses on ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence while collaborating with various teams to maintain data integrity and support analytics efforts.ResponsibilitiesPerform rigorous QA on campaign data across platforms to ensure accuracy and completenessValidate tracking implementation, taxonomy adherence, and naming convention consistencyMonitor data ingestion pipelines and identify discrepancies or anomaliesReconcile data across platforms (ad servers, media platforms, analytics tools, internal systems)Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies in collaboration with technical and media teamsSupport the development and maintenance of data validation frameworks and QA checklistsDocument recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that enhance data resilienceAssist in root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies or tracking errorsEnsure reporting outputs align with source-of-truth dataBuild, update, and maintain dashboards under the direction of the Analytics ManagerExecute recurring and ad hoc reporting with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timelinessPerform pre- and post-delivery QA on all reports before distributionOrganize and validate campaign data, build clear visuals, and provide structured analysis to support reporting and insight developmentSupport reporting automation efforts to reduce manual errors and improve efficiencySupport data ingestion, transformation, and workflow monitoring processesEnsure campaign tracking parameters are correctly implemented prior to launchMonitor campaign data health throughout the campaign lifecycleMaintain documentation for data processes, taxonomies, and governance standardsEscalate systemic data issues to the Analytics Manager with recommended next stepsPartner with Digital Media teams to confirm accurate campaign setup and trackingWork with Account teams to clarify reporting requirements and timelinesCoordinate with offshore or technical teams to resolve data pipeline issuesSupport performance review meetings by providing validated reporting and data explanationsSkillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyFoundational understanding of digital media metrics and campaign trackingExperience working with dashboards, preferred experience in DatoramaComfort working with large datasets and performing reconciliation across multiple sourcesUnderstanding of campaign tracking parameters (UTMs, tagging, platform naming conventions)Ability to identify anomalies and investigate root causesStrong organizational and documentation skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Healthcare Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountVacation daysSick daysPersonal daysPaid parental leavePaid medical leaveSTD/LTD insurance benefitsCompany OverviewOmnicom Media, the media services division of Omnicom Group Inc., designs ecosystems for growth.
