aytm "Ask Your Target Market" is hiring an Analytics Manager specializing in advanced research analytics to join our research services team. This position will manage analytics for AYTM's research team, directing and executing data analysis associated with quantitative market research projects, and serving as a subject matter expert for both clients and internal team members. The Analytics Manager works on both strategic and tactical levels to ensure a harmonious relationship among our clients, our services team, and our platform/product. Within the research team, the Analytics Manager leads and manages team resources to ensure successful client deliverables and experiences as they related to advanced analysis. We have a world-class platform, top-tier clients, and a creative and energetic team.Responsibilities: Provide analytics support to full and partial service quantitative market research projects across numerous research methodologies and a diverse set of clients.Serve as analytics expert, executing conjoint design, statistical analyses (e.g., regression, correspondence, discriminant, factor, cluster)Work directly with clients in an "Assisted-DIY" fashion, supporting AYTM end users by providing expert advising on advanced methodologies that are automated on the platform (e.g., choice-based conjoint, TURF, etc.), answering data and analysis questions, and executing one-off analysis requests as needed.Partner with Data Manager, as needed, in helping to execute data-centric deliverables including data manipulation (e.g., stacking, appends, weighting), custom data tables/crosstabs, interactive template-based deliverables (e.g., conjoint simulators, TURF simulators)Serve as a knowledge resource to the Research Team as well as other internal teams, including Business Development/Account Management and Product Development.Qualifications:8+ years' experience in quantitative market research, preferably supplier side or strong DIY experience on the client/corporate side.Deep experience with data-intensive aspects of online survey research: programming, data analysis, and advanced methodologies; design/questionnaire writing a plus. Experience in CPG, technology, and/or financial services verticals is also a plus. Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Must be an expert-level user of Excel.Experience using SPSS, SAS, R, or other statistical software for advanced analytics required. R experience preferred.Experience using Q and Displayr a plus.Experience with Sawtooth Lighthouse Studio a plus.Firm understanding of discrete choice modeling (MaxDiff & Conjoint) methodology & best practices required.Experience using one or more online survey platforms.Strong written and verbal skills, and should enjoy taking a consultative and collaborative approach - both with clients and fellow team members. Undergraduate degree in marketing, social sciences, mathematics or other related field, with a quantitative emphasis on statistics or research methods.
