About the Role: As the Analytics Manager (Conversion Rate Optimization), you will be responsible for leading our conversion optimization efforts, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve the conversion rates across our platforms. You will play a key role in leveraging analytics tools to extract actionable insights and optimize website and user experience to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates on digital platforms. Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize the customer journey across websites and landing pages. Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies to experiment with website elements and drive continuous improvement. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, bounce rates, user engagement, and overall site performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to implement changes and optimizations based on analytical insights. Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer journeys, segmenting users based on behavior, demographics, and other key factors. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support business decision-making. Stay current with industry trends, conversion rate optimization best practices, and new technologies to keep our optimization strategies ahead of the curve. Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital analytics, or a related role. Proven experience using tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, VWO, or similar for analyzing user behavior and optimizing conversions. Strong knowledge of A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analysis techniques. Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation websites is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
