Revive’s focus on technology, innovation, and sustainability is changing how consumers and brands view the garments they buy and produce.Job SummaryWe are seeking an Analytics Engineer to help us make informed decisions from our data today, and help us build and transform our data to give us even more strength in the future. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand what reports and insights they’re missing, understand what raw data will be necessary to fill that need, and then use dbt to transform this data into a useful form for our BI tool and downstream reporting. You will have ownership over the transformation of our raw data into clean, usable forms, as well as developing reports and providing the insights that are powered by this data. Develop new dbt code to enhance our data models and deepen our understanding of our data
Support business partners through the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable us to make decisions with confidence
Continuously develop and build upon our data model to support our business needs, and develop data marts to be exposed through our BI tool
Effectively communicate and understand complex business activities, technical requirements, and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand our data capabilities through new technologies and tools
Requirements:

>5 years of professional experience working as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst role or comparable experience
Thrived at early stage startups and experience with spinning up new data capabilities
Exceptionally strong with SQL and dbt
Experience using Google BigQuery
Strong knowledge of manipulating and modeling large data sets
Experience with at least one BI tool
You’re familiar with the challenges that an eCommerce platform faces in terms of the data that buyers need to make decisions, and have experience building data models to support this business
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in ecommerce or with companies within or adjacent to the fashion industry
Experience with Airbyte and Metabase
Experience using Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
