Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Strategy & Business Operations
Action Behavior Centers is a growing organization focused on providing quality care for children with ASD. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst in Strategy & Business Operations will be responsible for developing strategies and executing initiatives that optimize talent management and hiring processes. Responsibilities Own the development, refinement and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles (e.g., Therapists, BCBAs), ensuring alignment with regional and organizational growth strategies Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, capacity constraints or pipeline inefficiencies Maintain a consistent cadence of updates and stakeholder communication Analyze workforce data and hiring initiatives to evaluate effectiveness of incentive strategies and talent acquisition efforts, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People Services, and Operations Innovation teams to align internal promotion programs with external hiring efforts and evaluate the success of emerging Talent Management initiatives Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to advance predictive analytics (e.g., ML models) focused on teammate retention and turnover risk, and translate insights into scalable business processes Skills Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance or mathematics) preferred 1+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, strategy, sales/business operations or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite; ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets Capable of breaking down complex or ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable components Excellent planning and organizational skills with a track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and managing multiple cross-functional projects Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits 10 Days of PTO, 10 Paid Holidays, 2 Flex Days + More with Tenure Student Loan Repayment Employer Contributions Maternity/Paternity Award of up to $3,000 & FSA Options for Childcare Door Dash Pass, Team Happy Hours, and Regional Night of Honors Up to $600 Student Loan Repayment Options & Tuition Discounts Quarterly Team outings and events to bond and celebrate our wins both big and small!
