Develop and execute training programs and communication initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training and communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Create engaging and innovative training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and communication
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels within the organization
Monitor and evaluate the success of training and communication initiatives and make adjustments as needed
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of training content
Communicate training and communication plans and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
Stay current with technology and tools to enhance training and communication efforts
Act as a mentor and coach to team members and provide guidance on training and communication best practices.
