The Analyst on the Surveys team will enable clients to collect insights through online surveys, providing analytical expertise and driving the growth of the Surveys service.ResponsibilitiesClean, analyze, and draw valuable insights from survey data and create presentation-ready reports to deliver immediately accessible insights to clientsBuild processes to minimize unforced errors throughout complex stages of a survey projectProgress our capabilities to service sophisticated research methodologies (e.g. pricing questions) via advanced survey coding, authoring, and analysisWork with AlphaSights clients across all parts of the business, including at leading investment firms, corporations, and consulting firms, and offices to provide analytical support as neededIdentify new and maintain existing relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersSkillsEntry-level role: 0-2 years of working experienceRelevant work/internship experience at a consulting, market research firm, or in a role working with data in a business contextExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsHolding a 3.5 GPA or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Engineering, Maths, Economics, Finance)Great problem solver with an aptitude for solving complex and unstructured problemsComfortable with ambiguity and high level of autonomyHighly driven and proactive with excellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environmentDesire to create impact by solving business problems and providing actionable data insightsEffective communicator with excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skillsMeticulous with high standards and obsessive attention to detailProficiency in Excel and PowerPointMust pass a quantitative based test for application to be progressedFamiliarity with coding (SQL, Python, R, VBA etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with survey platforms (Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) is a plusExperience with multiple reporting mediums (Periscope, Tableau etc.) is a plusBenefits17 vacation days, in addition to 10 public holidays, and an end of year break between Christmas Day and New Year’s DayCompetitive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) match - 4% of your total compensation matched dollar-for-dollarNew York: Prime midtown office with state-of-the-art amenities; option to WFH each FridayCompany OverviewAlphaSights provides investment and business leaders with access to industry knowledge that drives informed decisions and superior outcomes.
