Analyst, Strategic Insights & Tools
The Coca-Cola Company is a leading beverage company, and they are seeking an Analyst for their Strategic Insights & Tools team. This role involves developing and automating analytics and reporting solutions for the Advanced Hydration division, partnering with various departments to deliver actionable insights and support ad-hoc requests. Responsibilities Orchestrate the development of a best-in-class business analytics platform by optimizing end-to-end workflows and automating reporting through technologies such as Visual Studio and Python Develop & Manage Sales/Shopper Data Reporting, combining several different data sources to create One Source of Truth throughout the Advanced Hydration Categories we play in (Sports Drinks, Flavored Water, Premium Water & Hydration Enhancers) Create Excel Based tools that align with company objectives (ex: Innovation Tracking, Competitive Analysis, Brand Deep-Dives) Manage Nielsen & Circana Database Hierarchies to ensure accuracy & alignment with the Companies Category Definitions Provide Training on Sales & Shopper based tools/reports and being an analytics resource across the organization Demonstrated ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and deliver clear, engaging presentations Strong understanding of Sales, Shopper Panel & Consumer Insights data and how to leverage insights Support Marketing, Finance & Sales Organization on Ad-Hoc Data Requests Develop Quality Assurance Measures to ensure Accuracy in Reporting Share pertinent & thorough updates supporting new technology, reporting capabilities, system developments, and enhancements Skills Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science degree is a plus) 0-2 years relevant analytical experience required Hybrid model at Atlanta office required (3 days in-office) Advanced Excel (with experience presenting data models required) and PowerPoint Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities Experience with one or more of the following: Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI Experience building reports using POS and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) Experience leveraging insights tools and platforms (e.g., Kantar, Mintel, PlacerAI, Euromonitor) Benefits A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
