Analyst - Stock Administration

Remote Full-time
Position Purpose:

Manage the execution of various projects to support the on-going strategy and delivery of The Home Depot Benefit programs and initiatives in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā• Manage various projects end-to-end from development & documentation to implementation
Ā• Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions
Ā• Work with Benefits Administrator and/or other vendors on resolution of escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting
Ā• Budgeting and bill payment
Ā• Conduct competitive analyses as needed
Ā• Produce presentations for leadership team

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
Ā• Position reports to Manager, Benefits
Ā• No direct reports

Travel Requirements:
Ā• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
Ā• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
Ā• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ā• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Ā• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ā• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Ā• Strong computer software skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Minimum Education:
Ā• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
