Analyst Relations & Insights Coordinator
Dentsu is a global marketing and advertising agency, and they are seeking an Analyst Relations & Insights Coordinator to support the Analyst Relations & Insights team. This role involves managing daily operations across various projects, aiding in the evaluation responses from analyst firms, and coordinating client co-marketing activities.ResponsibilitiesResource Management: Will lead upkeep of AR and Insights libraries on SharePoint, working closely with Merkle’s analyst relations agencyExternal Comms: Will work with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager to help ensure timely announcements of key AR winsInsights Support & Distribution: Will assist in the curation and distribution of insights to share with various teams and stakeholdersClient Co-Marketing Coordination & Support: Will help manage the creation and submission of client co-marketing initiatives, including case studies, awards, and speaking submissionsInternal Enablement Assistance: Will work with the AR & Insights Director to create assets and communications that help internal teams leverage analyst research for sales enablement, thought leadership, and marketingRelationship Management: Will assist AR & Insights Director in the execution of strategic analyst relationship plans across actions such as briefings, inquiries, and research participation and influenceEvaluation Response Assistance: Will provide support to evaluation response teams by collecting relevant data, offering light editorial assistance as needed, or other requested means of support, and will also assume increasing responsibility over time for evaluation response needsSkillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn reporting tools such as Power BIStrong attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written skills for reporting and stakeholder managementAbility to create visual, on-brand communications, predominantly charts and slidewareAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesBachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related fieldBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurance,Life insurance,Short-term and long-term disability insurance,401k,Flexible paid time off,At least 15 paid holidays per year,Paid sick and safe leave, andPaid parental leave.Company OverviewWe are dentsu.
